Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
